Easy Batched Basil Daiquiri Recipe (Serves 6–8)

Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups white rum

• 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

• 3/4 cup basil simple syrup*

• 1/2 cup water

Instructions:

1. In a large pitcher, combine white rum, lime juice, basil simple syrup, and water.

2. Stir well and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

3. Serve in a chilled martini or coupe glass.

4. Garnish with fresh lime and basil leaves.

5. Enjoy!

Basil Simple Syrup

Ingredients:

• 1 cup sugar

• 1 cup water

• 3/4 to 1 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

1. In a small pot, combine sugar and water.

2. Add basil leaves and stir over low heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.

3. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely with basil still in it.

4. Once cooled, strain out the basil.

5. Store in a sealed jar or bottle in the fridge for up to 1 month.
